The time of day during which work is to be performed can be negotiated with the selected candidate, but should coincide at least a little with the Pastor’s schedule, as is mutually agreeable, to facilitate communication.

Janitorial duties are not included in this position. That said, the maintenance supervisor will be required to clean, sweep, and organize the boiler room and storage areas of the parish; to keep all items proper to these rooms, including tools, in good order; and to transport trash out of these areas as needed.

A parish is a place of silence and prayer; the employee may listen to music privately, such as with ear buds, but the parish does not allow broadcasting of sounds such as music or videos.
